Manx Gymnastics Facilities
We pride ourselves in offering top of the range equipment designed to help athletes reach their full potential. Our centre offers a full range of high-quality apparatus, including 3 sets of uneven bars, 5 high beams, full-size floor with an additional half floor and much more, all built for safety and performance. We also offer specialised training tools like 2 large foam pits, a full size trampoline, and resistance equipment, ensuring that every gymnast, whether beginner or advanced, has access to resources that will help them grow and thrive.
We have been extremely fortunate to have had a recent complete gym refurbishment, where we have changed our layouts, adding some new equipment and utilised more of the our fantastic space.
The 'Main Gym'
The 'Front' of the gym offers a huge variety of equipment, including 2 vaults, 2 sets of P-bars, a pommel horse and so much more.
It boasts a fantastic balcony to allow spectators a wide view of the facility, ensuring they can watch and view everything their gymnast is working on.
The 'Back Gym'
A once enclosed area of the gym, is now an open and inviting area that allows gymnasts and coaches to move between both areas of the facility freely and confidently.
The back gym offers preparation apparatus before building confidence and taking their skills over to the 'Main Gym'.
The Big Refurbishment
The refurbishment of the gymnastics facility was a true community effort, bringing together parents, coaches, and gymnasts with a shared commitment to improving the club for current and future members.
Parents generously volunteered their time, skills, and resources, assisting with everything from decorating and cleaning to equipment installation assistants. Coaches worked tirelessly to plan the improvements, coordinate projects, and ensure the facility would better support athlete development and safety. Gymnasts also played an important role, helping where they could and embracing the vision for a renewed training environment.
Through teamwork, dedication, and a strong sense of club pride, the entire gymnastics community came together to transform the facility into a modern, welcoming, and inspiring space for everyone.
